Office Assistant A Springfield, VT employer is seeking an Office Assistant on a full-time, direct-hire basis. If you are an enthusiastic, tech savvy team player, then this could be a great fit!Responsibilities of the Office Assistant

  • Support a team of Account Managers
  • Update client policies
  • Process payments over the phone
  • Issue materials as requested
  • Download policy information on a daily basis
  • Develop good working relationships with clients and company personnel
  • Follow all systems, procedures, and company regulations
  • Work as a team to accomplish production goals
  • Give and receive effective feedback towards process improvement
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications of the Office Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor and courteous phone etiquette
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
